5 easy steps to join our community of local agents

1.

Apply

Filling out our online partner application form should take about 20 minutes. We’ll review your application form and will score your agency in the following areas: Destination Expertise / Commitment to Safety / Persona Customer Service / Exceptional Experiences / Commitment to Sustainability. We’re looking for agents who are passionate about providing thoughtful and personalized experiences for travelers. We also like to see a commitment to (or interest in) offering more sustainable trips.
2.

Review partnership basics

Once your profile has been reviewed and validated by the Sourcing team, we will contact you back to discuss the partnership requirements. The team will answer all your questions, check that you can provide the legal documents needed and will explain the partnership contractual details.
3.

Sign the contract

After the Account Manager gives a green light, you're ready to become an official Evaneos partner agent! After you've signed the contract, your Account Manager will take you through the next steps.
4.

Create your profile

With the help of both your dedicated Account Manager and Offer Manager, it's time to set your online profile. We’ll help you choose the right photos and words to make travelers want to book their next vacation with you. We’ll also help you publish a few sample itineraries and experiences online to help clients know what you offer.
5.

Start selling

Your profile is put online and you receive your first requests from travelers. Our Sales Development team will give you and your teams a thorough welcome training on our different tools. Thanks to the trusted Evaneos brand, and our investment in TV, print, and online marketing we’re able to send you as many requests as you can handle (and can adjust the volume based on your preferences).
